Lucas Oil Late Models Have Georgia on Their Mind

WAYCROSS, GA - The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series will return to the Peach State this weekend for an action-packed doubleheader. A band of the nation's elite dirt late model drivers will converge on two venues that have been pillars on the LOLMDS tour. The activities will kick off on Saturday night, October 3rd with the Lucas Oil Dixie Shootout at Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, GA. In 2014, Chris Madden claimed his second consecutive Dixie Shootout over Dale McDowell, Don O'Neal, Steve Francis, and Jimmy Owens. The renowned Lucas Oil Productions Studios will be on hand to capture all of the action from Dixie Speedway with multiple camera angles, driver interviews, on-board cameras, and various technical segments. The event will air on MAVTV Motorsports Network and NBC Sports Network at a later date, in 2015. On Sunday night, October 4th the action will shift to Rome International Speedway in Rome, GA for the Lucas Oil Rome Showdown.
