Veterans and Active-Duty Military Members to Receive Free Admission at Kingsport Speedway
KINGSPORT, TN - Plans for Kingsport Speedway’s Friday, July 3 event have been annouced. WQUT Night at the Races will feature six divisions and seven total races with multiple special activities to celebrate the speedway’s 50th anniversary. The NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Late Model Stock Car division will headline the night with twin 35-lap features. Street Stock, Pure 4, Mod 4, Pure Street and Rookie Pure 4 divisions will also be in action. Fan appreciation will also take place with an on-track autograph session and the Ultimate Fan Giveaway that includes two foldout chairs, a gas grill, cooler, two free Texas Roadhouse entrées and two complimentary tickets to the next event. Jungle Jack’s Kids’ Club activities for the night include both a Power Wheels race (8 years of age or younger) and a bicycle race (9 to 12 years of age) and much more. “The Concrete Jungle” will also pay tribute to veterans and active-duty military members with free admission with proof of service. Adult grandstand admission is $10 with children 12-and-under admitted free.
