With the Must See Sprints joining us and everything we’ve got going on at the track Friday and Saturday night, this was a great way to welcome everyone into town.” Iron Thunder Saloon & Grill is a favorite destination for the PASS contingent when the series comes to town and is glad to welcome every into town with lots of good food, drinks, and fun. “PASS is helping kick off our Thursday bike night with the Racers Welcome Party by sending over some incredible race cars and drivers that will be signing autographs. We hope everyone will come out and enjoy the fun,” said Niki Watkins of Iron Thunder Saloon & Grill. Iron Thunder has several other area locations in addition to Hickory, including Concord and Mooresville, NC. Some of the drivers currently planning to attend are 3-time PASS National Champion, Ben Rowe, inaugural Easter Bunny 150 winner, Mike Rowe, PASS South Super Late Model points leader, Zane Smith, along with Jody Measamer, Tate Fogleman, PASS Pro Late Model racers Zachary Dabbs and Matt Murphy, and Must See Racing Sprint Car driver Jimmy McCune, who is excited to get his season started at a new track for him. “It looks like it’s going to be a fun racetrack, we seem to excel at these small bullrings and I like going to new venues,” says McCune. “We’ve always had a lot of success going to new venues, I’ve been able to capture a few wins. It’s always a challenge going to new place, but I love a challenge.” The Easter Bunny 150 Welcome Party will kick off a big weekend of action in on Thursday night, April 2 from 6:30 – 8:30 PM at Iron Thunder Saloon and Grill in Hickory with an opportunity for fans to chat with drivers and check out their fast machines.
